Technical standards for stamping processing

The technical key of stamping processing is the distribution of production flow and the selection of various main parameters. China metal stamping through years of summary, we have drawn the following technical standards and the main parameters for your reference.

1, tool selection. The general criteria for selecting cutting tools are available economic development. Under the standard of considering the production and processing, the length of the cutting tool suspension is as short as possible, and the diameter of the CNC blade is as large as possible, which is beneficial to reduce the surface roughness of the production and processing surface, so as to develop the stiffness, heat removal and tool life of the tool system software. However, it should be noted that the half of the cutting tool should be lower than the small angle of the wheel corridor.

3. Process distribution. After the edge heat treatment, the super hard production and processing process is distributed in the deep machining of the surface and the semi-deep machining of the edge, then the heat treatment is carried out to solve the problem, and then the machine bed is used to carry out the super hard production and processing of the edge.

4. The total width of the edge. The total width of the lower die blade does not have to exceed 25mm, the total width of the upper die outer blade does not have to exceed 20mm, and the total width of the upper die inner blade does not exceed 15mm. If the total width of the edge belt exceeds this value, the back space should be milled before heat treatment.

5. Mouth capacity. The RESIDUAL AMOUNT OF EMBEDDED PROCESSING AFTER half depth MACHINING OF THE EDGE is 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm (has taken into account the heat treatment quenching shape variable), that is, the output of super hard production and processing after heat treatment of the edge is 0.1 ~ 0.3 mm. The output of alternating current will harm the machining accuracy and aggravate the wear of the CNC blade, the capacity is too small, the heat treatment deformation is very likely to underfeed.

6. Edge strength. The strength of the edge after heat treatment is about HRC55~65.
